LOCATION OF THE RETREAT

The Retreat at Steiner Ranch is situated very close to the entrance of Steiner Ranch, just across from the Randall’s. There will be a single entrance/egress off of Quinlan Park Road. The community will enjoy the same amenities as the rest of Steiner Ranch, which includes 3 Community Centers, 4 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and miles of hiking & biking trails. Currently we anticipate a total of 106 Homesites and are offering 7 Plans ranging in size from 1847 SF – 3078 SF. The Retreat at Steiner Ranch does have a lot of interesting topography and at least 50% of the Homesites will back onto greenspace.

ABOUT THE BUILDER

The lots within the Retreat at Steiner Ranch are more modest in size, with most dimensions measuring approximately 45’-55’ wide x 105’-115’ deep. This is a Village Builder by Lennar product which was once CalAtlantic, so the Plans and features will be higher end. Buyers will be invited to the Studio to make their selections if they opt to purchase a “To-Be-Built”. The Inventories will be beautifully appointed and conceived, by Village Builder’s professional Design Consultants.

SCHOOLS

STEINER RANCH ELEMENTARY

Located in the “front section” of the neighborhood, Steiner Ranch Elementary was the first of the three elementary schools to be built here. It offers convenience to all of the residents in the surrounding subsections of Steiner Ranch.

Laura Welch Bush Elementary (LWBE) is one of 3 elementary schools residing in Steiner Ranch & offers enrollment to K-5. This school is located near the Central Park amenity center & is directly across the street from Canyon Ridge School.

River Ridge Elementary is the newest of the three elementary schools in Steiner Ranch, and is located at the corner of Quinlan Park Rd and Tierra Grande Trl. The elementary school is part of the Leander Independent School District.

About Site-Condos / Detached Condos

The Retreat at Steiner Ranch is a Condo Regime with Site-Condos, which look and act just like our fee-simple product. The houses will have 10’ between them and share no common walls or roof lines. These same Plans are being built in our Retreat at Brushy Creek, Grey Rock in Circle C and in Avana — also in Circle C. Retreat at Steiner Ranch will begin with the 12 Inventory homes already underway. The opportunity to select a Homesite and build from scratch is also available. The tax rate has been confirmed at 2.52% and HOA fees will be $68/month for the Master HOA and $107/month for the HOA Sub-Association.

Lennar is also the first WiFi Certified Homebuilder in the world, and has an ongoing partnership with Amazon. They also integrate the Ring Doorbell, wireless garage door openers and other after-market applications seamlessly into each property. Their goal is to future-proof each home so that it is technologically cutting-edge and ready for the next advancement.
